Drawing on our wonderful travel adventures and favourite places, we bring the world to the Sunshine Coast by offering the experience of three distinct cultures and design styles in our first floor guest rooms.

The Pacific Room - offers a well-apportioned standard bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite on the eastern side of our home, affording limited views of the lake and neighbourhood.
 The Chinese Room - is a large superior bedroom with a queen-size bed, dressing room and large twin vanity ensuite, located to the front of our home facing north-east, with views overlooking landscaped community gardens. The Italian Room - presents a large deluxe bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite on the southern side of our home with stunning views of the lake, the forested conservation park beyond, and the board-walk below.

Facilities for Guests : Our three guest rooms are separated from each other to afford privacy, and have easy access to a guest tea / coffee station which includes a small under-bench guest fridge for byo refreshments. And further, a dedicated media / leisure room (with television, library, and balcony) is available for exclusive guest use. Our three guest rooms each have comfortable beds, large showers, robe space, privacy locks, personal safes, ceiling fans, chairs and desks. Our home is located on a quiet circular street with a central park. We also have off-street car parking for our guests (1 carpark per room). IMPORTANT - Please Note: For access and safety reasons our home is NOT suitable for those who cannot manage stairs, babies or children. And for health & safety reasons our home is smoke and drug free,
 and guest cooking is not permitted on the premises.
